60 Minute Discovery Call - In this call we will look to understand how True North Leadership can help you or your organization through one of our core offerings of Talent Review, Coaching, or Strategy Reviews.

Q4 Business Reviews / 2026 Review - a 4-hour paid engagement to be booked following a discovery call where we will dive into your company strategy.

2-Hour Personal Aspiration Review - a 2-hour paid engagement where we will work together to identify your goals. This engagement will set the initial framework for a successful 2026 where we will ideally work together through goal accountability and execution.

60 Minute Drop In Coaching - a paid engagement where we will conduct a drop in coaching session. During this time you are welcome to have a formal, structured conversation with me or to vent your blockers and concerns. At the end of our time we will begin framing a social contract that will help us both understand how we want to work together.
