I came to this work after a successful corporate career building and leading an international sales organization. I’ve spent years inside executive teams, translating ambitious goals into real execution, and I’ve seen where growth succeeds and where it quietly breaks down.

I work with CEOs and leadership teams who have clear goals but need stronger alignment between strategy, execution, and people. Embedded alongside the C-suite, I act as an orchestrator, helping leaders work in concert, mediating friction, surfacing blind spots, and removing roadblocks that slow progress.
